Daha önce yapılan, ardışık iki taksit ödemeyen öğrencilerin final sınavlarına alınmayacağına ilişkin duyurunun sizleri aşırı şekilde tedirgin ettiği gözlemlenmiştir. Final sınavlarının sağlıklı ve huzurlu bir şekilde yapılabilmesi için bu karar tekrardan gözden geçirilmiş ve taksitlerini ödemeyen öğrencilerin de sınavlara alınmasına; ancak taksitlerin ödenmediği sürece sınav sonuçlarının açıklanmamasına karar verilmiştir.

Değerli Öğrencilerimiz; T.C. Yüksek Öğrenim Kredi ve Yurtlar Kurumu burs ve krediler ile ilgili beklenen açıklamayı yapmıştır. Burs ve kredileriniz ile ilgili işlemleri Türkiye`de bulunduğunuz ildeki Noterler aracılığı ile yapabileceksiniz.

Please be informed that graduate program students can now carry out their course registration online, through the student portal. In order to register to the courses, `ACCESS` should be received first.
Lisansüstü öğrencilerimiz öğrenci portalını kullanarak online ders kaydı yapabileceklerdir. Online ders kaydı yababilmek için access almanız yeterli olacaktır.

Students who are entitled to a Scholarship or Education Loan from the Turkish Higher Education Credit and Hostels Institution (KYK), however, do not want to get this scholarship or the loan are supposed to inform the Registrar`s Office as soon as possible with a petition to be given to Turkish Higher Education Credit and Hostels Institution (KYK).
KYK `dan burs veya kredi hakkı kazanan ancak bu bursu veya krediyi almak istemeyen öğrenciler bu taleplerini en kısa sürede KYK`ya iletilmek üzere lütfen bir dilekçe ile Öğrenci İşleri Müdürlüğüne bildirsinler.

Kredi ve Yurtlar Kurumu`ndan "burs" veya "kredi" alma hakkı elde etmiş
iseniz, öğrenciliğiniz ile ilgili onay, Üniversitemiz ve KYK
yetkililerinin görüşmesi sonucunda, Üniversitemiz Öğrenci İşleri
Müdürlüğü tarafından yapılacaktır. Öğrenciliğinizin onaylanması için
herhengi bir işlem yapmak durumunda değilsiniz.
Kredi senetleri ve diğer işlemler ile ilgili gerek KYK gerekse
Üniversitemizin açıklamalarını takip ediniz. |

Dear students;
As a result of the negotiations with Turkish Higher Education Credit and
Hostels Institution (KYK); if you have received a `scholarship` or an
`education loan` from the Credit and Hostels Institution (KYK), the
confirmation about your studentship will be done by Eastern
Mediterranean University, Registrar`s Office. Accordingly, you are not
supposed to do anything to do with the confirmation of your studentship.
Please follow the explanations that are done by our University and/or
the Credit and Hostels Institution (KYK) about the credit notes and any
other issues.

Photocopy cards needed for using the
photocopy machines in the Library can be purchased from the Library
Circulation Department during the week between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m..

You can make an online application for a student certificate and/or a transcript through the Student Portal without having to come to the Registrar's Office. After 24 hours following your online application, you can pay the relevant fees and receive the documents that you applied for from the Registrar's Office.
